Any infections or damages caused by malicious software or viruses are repaired (if possible) at Uptown Computers prevailing labor rate on a first-come-first-served basis.

Uptown Computers predicts a major increase in the infections of computers, network equipment and other electronic devices caused by malicious or damaging software. This type of software can be designed with the sole intent of destroying entire volumes of data. Other predictions include the possible infections of any type of computer, network equipment and other electronic devices.

Precautions
Basic precautions that should be taken include; loading antivirus software and ensuring it stays up-to-date, loading adaware software, make sure that all critical updates have been run and most importantly having a recent backup.
